We would like to introduce ourselves, Brad and Christine Miller, owners and operators of Miller's Fowlerville Poultry Processing, LLC. We process chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese and rabbits. We purchased this business three years ago, but the business has been in operation for about fourteen year's altogether. We are both educated in this field with animal science degrees focusing on agribusiness management and food processing. We are a small business looking to grow. We are hoping that with our education and hard work we will be able to keep this business successful!
We are a custom slaughtering facility and work by appointment with individuals and groups like county fairs to process their small animals. We are also host to the State FFA Broiler Competition. FFA Chapters around the state come to see who can raise the best broilers. We are a Michigan Department of Agriculture (MDA) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) inspected facility so you know that the product you bring in is the product you receive at the end of the day. We butcher by appointment, so call to reserve your space early. We are easily located about 8 miles north of I-96, off the Fowlerville exit 129.
